The "photon cannons" hardware is coupled with high-precision real time 3D imaging using Coherent Ballistic Photon Imaging (CBPI), as well as regular LIDARs and RADARs for interferometric multi-sensor fusion.
The non-linear quantum properties of high-energy photonic particle beams are exploited to cross precisely quantified energy thresholds, at a precise point in space where the lens's focal point is calibrated, in order to release electrons and deliver an electrical potential. Multi-sensor fusion cameras (CBPI, RADARs and LIDARs imaging combined with interferometry) render very detailed 3D and temporal 3 millisecond resolutions to map bodies and objects in real time and target a very precise group of neurons in the brain or in the nervous system, across walls and multi-layered thick surfaces. Once targeted, a photonic particle impulse is shot on the precise area of the brain up to a few neuron-level precision to release an electrical potential, activating neuronal ion channels and triggering neuronal response to generate a behavior on the target.
The photonic particle impulses are sent at very high speed and accuracy (order of tens of impulses a minute are possible) to the target’s brain, so that it can emulate precise cognitive inputs and can be processed by the target’s brain cortex.
Different costs and efficiencies of photonic particle beam hardware and multi-sensor fusions are used, and manufactured. The most advanced ones (extremely high precision CBPI and sensors with fine-tuned AI models and precise photonic particle beams) are used on the most important operations.

Some of the effects are additive and can be performed simultaneously on the target. A photonic particle impulse on the pituitary gland or the heart of the target kills the target in fractions of seconds.
The hardware coupled with 3D temporal imaging devices is mounted on LEO (Low Earth Orbit) military satellites. The range of action is all over the globe, on the entire population.
We can call the couple ‘photonic particle beam hardware + 3D imaging sensors’ a module. The target can be moving relative to the module at the speed of a satellite (28000km/h) or even more: the hardware has a precise enough calibration to counter the relative speed of the target (light-speed particles).
The module’s imagery is designed to map out precisely the structure of the brain, down to neuronal level. All urban planning is transparent to the module's imagery detection. CBPI can visualize anything through bitumen, and through almost all materials making our cities. Even at a depth of 10m of bitumen in the subway, modules can map out physical movement in real time, as well as imaging and deducing brain activity from the target using the brain’s blood flow imagery. Moreover, modern imagery systems are able to infer, thanks to predictive analysis and blood flow imagery, exactly which neural group in the target’s brain is active at a time T, T being precise to the 3-millisecond scale. Given this information, modern systems can reliably interpret and store the target’s reactions and analysis of his environment, his actions and even thoughts in real time but also retroactively.
Module operations and the live behavior of every single person are constantly monitored in real time and stored into historical timeseries datasets.
In the following parts, we add the military satellite and the embedded hardware to the denomination 'module'.
The modules are deployed on a very large scale as a coherent constellation of military LEO satellites and most of the so-called ‘rich’ countries operate modules and cooperate in unison to operate them in synchronization, as well as for the logistic chain and personnel to produce and maintain them.

Note: It is possible to control a subject like a complete robot entirely remotely from module operations for short durations; however, it is unsustainable and almost never done: the target enters cognitive decline very rapidly. Functional rules exist, and the notions of "plausible cause" and "naturally occurring circumstances" are essential to enforce global rules that protect elites and ensure the overall survival and productivity of the general population. Every person has historical and real-time data associated with their activity, thanks to module global surveillance. These datasets are used to train AI models and fine-tune intelligence units' operations and schemes on the entire population.
While running special programs on targets, intelligence units use modules' live data, historical and empirical data to train advanced AI models (cognitive segmentation, clustering) in order to create ‘digital twins’ of some targets and predict probabilistically, yet precisely, their behavior and even their thoughts (words, objects, topics) in real time and even preemptively, given enough computing power.

Cabals, lodges, global scripts and the governance policies that bind them.
The intelligence units, well-informed government officials, military personnel, business people and elites group themselves in elite circles, similar to ‘fraternities’ in American universities.

Cabals craft worldwide policies and guidelines with flexibility according to worldwide events, although methods and goals remain stable over time. For instance, wars are crafted by Cabals for narrative control and profit, iteratively utilizing low socioeconomic score individuals for warfare in order to optimally exert control on the population using modules and intelligence subversion playbooks. Elite bankers and investors use their cabalist networks to mitigate risks on their investments, generate deals and make margins. For example, they’ll use intelligence operations playbooks and predictive market models with insider knowledge to optimize their strategies and generate profit.
More generally, people in positions of power largely use modules to get forced advantageous positions, conduct business, generate opportunities and even physical relationships. Module programs can respond almost immediately to the ‘person in power’ behavior thanks to the sensors and edge-running AI systems, and respond accordingly.
Divided into lodges, mostly pedophiles and murderers, highest-ranked Freemasons can be associated with Cabals. They collaborate closely with Christian, Jewish, Buddhist and Muslim clerical authorities and Cabals. More than just networking, they share information, perform actions and assassinations with cohesion.

Scripts describe a preloaded set of events for daily/weekly/monthly/yearly milestones that should reach a target / a group / a state / worldwide. At the individual scale, scripts are built similarly to video game theory and character development strategies in MMORPGs.
Although the level of free will can occasionally be tuned very low (‘robot mode’) even for high socioeconomic score targets, depending on the level of importance of the milestones to reach on a more global scale decided by technocratic elites and on the program run on the target. Targets statistically keep relative free will on unimportant decisions and actions anchored as routines as long as they fit their scripts' guidelines.
To change targets' behaviors and enforce scripts' guidelines on a global scale, intelligence operations go from regular propaganda using media and communication, to aggressive module operations applied on people. Those range from occasional direct actions and behavioral changes, to ‘Skinner experiment’ type of conditioning: suppressing or, inversely, encouraging desired behaviors long term by activating dopamine neural groups, or fear neural groups for instance.

Society is built pyramidally: the higher the socioeconomic score of the person, the less they are affected by module’s operations, statistically. This creates a "socioeconomic buffer zone" for elites to be touched as little as possible by module operations.
Intelligence units apply to some targets 'dynamic scripts': the script has defined goals and parameters, but operations are fine-tuned live using edge inference from satellites and optimized based on the observation of the target and its reactions, to reach the goals so that the behavior and reactions of the target stay within the strict bounds of the script. Most of the population's scripts will be rather static and preloaded on a daily basis based on routines already anchored in the target's behavior, thus commanding lighter module operations: targets will have a stereotypical behavior (depending on their status, sex, age, etc.) and preset weekly milestones according to their conditioned behavior, and are enforced not to deviate from their file.
Scripts and files define worldwide human control governance policies established by cabalist elites. Those policies do not frontally break international agreements between intelligence groups and the basic survival of the human species tied to them, but instead ensure regional and global domination. This includes the control of the birth rates: people are on average psychologically formatted into having fewer children, to divorce, and sometimes into precarity and loneliness when aggressive operations are performed. Scripts are run on all individuals on the planet by cabalist intelligence groups, even on kids, babies, and babies in the wombs of their mothers in some extreme scenarios. Operations and decisions are almost exclusively data-driven and strategical, built to protect intelligence units and elites, although elites can be targeted and killed using modules by adversarial groups or close family (e.g., Benjamin de Rothschild, Lindsey Graham etc.). Targets presenting hostile traits, or with a high probability of future endeavors even years ahead, that might endanger, reveal, or simply don’t fit within intelligence units' operations, can be “flagged” (categorized) into special programs and preemptively targeted by intelligence units. They are led into dangerous patterns and often killed (using proxy, diseases, accidents, etc.).
Fundamentally, those algorithms are built upon decisional and behavioral sciences. Statistically, scripts are leveraged on the entire population to lead individuals towards predictable decisions, behaviors, goals, beliefs, and even thoughts while keeping a relative average cognitive free-will to stay mentally stable, as long as the target behaves within the model's bounds enforced by the script. Script iterative resolution granularity can be as high as day-to-day decisions, or life choices like studies, relationships and career for some targets. That makes module operations continuous across the population, invisible and almost impossible to prove or spot.
Discontinuous events, like sudden death of healthy individuals triggered by modules, are rare and mostly avoided: those appear unnatural and clearly stand out. Consequently, programs aiming to kill targets are designed to be spread “continuously” over long periods of time, so targets progressively become unhealthy and appear to die naturally or from a proxy event.
Engineered disease, amplified side effects, and the health industry as an instrument.
Targets are categorized according to their files thanks to different scores; programs are applied on targets according to worldwide policies. The most targeted individuals inherit the most aggressive module programs (e.g.: Targets with undesirable personality traits according to cabalist elites and with a high societal position, targets used to generate new datasets and locked up in mental institutions as a consequence, etc.).
Diseases can be sparsely aggravated on particular targets from module programs' photonic-particle-induced effects: immunosuppression and radiation, often until death. This includes:

Some of those diagnoses are traditionally overdiagnosed by practitioners regardless of module operations, like ADHD or some forms of Asperger's. Narcotics with amplified effects and side effects from module photonic-particle-induced euphoric/depressive brain state include:

Some medication's side effects are also amplified at varying intensity depending on the target. Medications include:

Some abortions (constituting at least 30% of all pregnancies) are triggered on particular targets by module programs. Women are pushed and forced into abortion with module photonic-particle-induced extreme depression and anxiety.
Postpartum "depression-like" symptoms, correlated to post-birth physical exhaustion and the rising average age of pregnancies worldwide, are greatly enhanced and elongated for years in some targets by module programs in order to break down the family cohesiveness, for testing and refining long term programs that could be applied population-wise.
Menstruation-related disorders like pain, fatigue and a depressive state are enhanced and elongated in some targets by module programs, for the same reasons.
Intelligence units' illegal module programs reserve the freedom to apply any effect when a subject consumes drugs, depending on the scheme they decide to apply on the target. Addictive effects are generated and stimulated by the module photonic-particle-induced effects. The addiction is then used to keep targets ‘addicted’ to ‘drugs’ as assets.
Brain death can be crafted from module programs, and some cases are forced on convicts following a death sentence in China. Victims or criminals are put in an artificial coma in order to extract their organs while their tissues are still healthy. This way, in accordance with organ donation laws, practitioners can acquire healthy organs to sell for an extremely expensive price (200k+ USD per healthy organ). They are then grafted onto rich sick patients.
COVID-19 was a global pandemic used by intelligence units for psychological subversion, aggravated on some targets by module photonic-particle-induced immunosuppression and enhanced side effects from the infection and medication. It was also exploited to make profits from health products, but more importantly to isolate and drive fear and paranoia into the population to better segment individuals based on their reaction to the pandemic and fine-tune global module operations schemes. Additionally, intelligence units could test how well the economy performed under extreme individual isolation, and generate innovative datasets to refine long-term strategies.
Moreover, COVID-19 was the occasion to perform targeted assassinations on certain categories of individuals, set by intelligence groups. Finally, COVID-19 was also the occasion to test large-scale psychological submission techniques: forcing people to wear masks, perform swab tests, and do vaccines.
Additionally, once vaccine doses are administered, post-injection side effects can be applied on targets from module programs (e.g., cardiac arrest; can be assassination), with the vaccine injection as a 'natural occurrence' plausible explanation.
Similarly, some forms of psychiatric diseases can be enhanced and triggered on some targets from sustained module programs. Historically, many diagnoses were exaggerated or plainly forced upon patients by psychiatry practitioners, exerting their position of authority to impose diagnoses.

Recommendation algorithms along with module programs essentially own what targets cognitively consume.
Dating application algorithms are weaponized to greatly inflate women's hypergamy and skew the mating market, in combination with module programs. The Gini coefficient distribution of the mating success among men on those applications is close to 1 (meaning: extreme inequality).
This creates a positive feedback loop to keep paid customers, mostly men, desperate for mating opportunities while engineering a widespread mating imbalance that pushes individuals to isolation: women into sparse short-term encounters and men into total loneliness.
Similarly, headphones and earphones (e.g., AirPods) have been designed to be wearable discreetly and daily. When individuals listen to music, reconnaissance systems embedded into module programs trigger dopaminergic responses in their brains using photonic particle beams in order to make earphones addictive and better cognitively and socially isolate individuals. Lyrics stick in people’s minds as "background" noise, subtly yet effectively rewiring the target’s emotional state and decisions.
Scientific studies and results are used as “decoys” to camouflage real cognitive manipulation of individuals, and for plausible causes and consequences, which are the global rule of cognitive operations performed with module operations. Pornography's side effects are strongly used and amplified to drive men, from a very young age, to multiple mental and physical conditions, thanks to many biased studies and their enforced widespread consumption:
Finally, the medical education system is wrongfully structured, teaching practitioners to prescribe endless lists of substances to their patients out of habit and taught playbooks, unwillingly (and unknowingly) enabling module programs but also treating symptoms instead of real causes. In particular for the elderly, having a diminished musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system overwhelmingly represents the leading causes of diseases and death.
Treatments should systematically rest on hormonal treatments, daily exercise, proper diet (see Part 17: On Society at the age of ASI, Diet subsection) to rebuild cardiovascular, muscular strength and bone density, consequently boosting the immune system as well.
Intelligence units test and perform trauma and humiliation-based schemes from a young age, on many of their targets. The goal is to create broken, isolated and most importantly corrupt and easy to use individuals used as assets. If not applicable, they can become ‘psychiatric patients’ or ‘drug addicts’ to reuse in hybrid module programs. Now that we know which technology governs psychological operations and politics nowadays, we can do a retrospective of recent worldwide trends and events.
Most modern geopolitical circumstances and phenomena are at least partially crafted to generate profit and margins, as well as large-scale cognitive and psychological operations.
The Ukraine war is not a "regular" war as we would have historically pictured it, but rather a giant psychological warfare operation genociding the Russian and Ukrainian low-income populations, and generating business deals.
Those deals include: land, real estate, industry, and people.
Land and real estate are purchased at a discount once the population is displaced, and Ukrainian buildings are targeted by expensive missiles to drive profits for the international military-industrial complex, and feed the media’s theatrical scenery, exerting cognitive and psychological formatting on the population.
People are moved and some are trafficked. Some women and men are moved to foreign countries for prostitution or low-skilled labor. Some kids are used for pedophilia, and/or formatted at young age to be used as assets / sold and used as sexual slaves and eventually killed and eaten by cabals (described in Part 6: Elite Circles).
The modules are used by the intelligence units consortium and their staff to perform all the hybrid operations described above.
‘Drafted’ military Russian and Ukrainian men in Ukraine are psychologically formatted leveraging module cognitive programs on top of regular propaganda, and killed on the battlefield. This drives sales for the military-industrial complex, generates datasets to fine-tune AI models used for wartime module programs, and feeds the media and political scenery.
This way, a money stipend is redistributed to their financially distressed families. The money is directly injected into the economy, most of the time to buy real estate or for common goods, which stimulates profit and growth.
As it is done in Ukraine, the conflicts in the Middle East are crafted by local and worldwide elites using cognitive and psychological module programs on top of regular propaganda to kill locals while driving sales for the military-industrial complex, and fine-tune wartime module operations.
This way, they also efficiently feed the human trafficking pipelines funneling to cabals (described in Part 6: Elite Circles).
The region gives access to strategic logistics points, notably the Suez Canal and the Strait of Hormuz, and natural resources across Africa. Thus, those contested logistic chokepoints lead to intensive efforts to take ownership of the land and to control and genocide the local population. Perpetual war allows for a constant flow of arms imports, and to cognitively format the world-wide population to accept globally engineered terrorism.
The scheme in Ukraine was and is also done intensively in the Middle East, in Africa and overall all around the world by intelligence units and technocratic elites. The modules are used on a global scale (billions of people, continuously) to exploit and format the masses.
As it is done in Ukraine, intelligence units leverage common intelligence destabilization playbooks with the complicity of local elites and module programs’ psychological and cognitive techniques to control, trade, and eventually kill segments of populations from third world countries, and acquire cheap labor from low-skilled immigrants or locals. There is a network of human trafficking, including babies and kids, that funnels to Cabals and elite groups. Those people are used, raped, tortured, killed and eaten (see Part 6: Elite Circles).
Immigration is organized worldwide to cut down the cost of labor (both skilled and unskilled). Since immigrants are for the majority of low socioeconomic and intellectual status, it is also a means to level down the rich countries' labor class social cohesiveness.
They wage hybrid warfare: while populations of all classes are psychologically formatted by module programs and narratives cognitively imposed by the media, intelligence units and global elites own the people, land, natural resources, and trades.
We can divide intelligence units into two groups:
Group 1: A minority of people across intelligence units, technocratic and financial circles in cabals.
Group 2: The large majority of worldwide elites, leading cabals.

Psychological operations playbooks, hidden science, and the units that run them.
The CIA along with Cabals have operated in Europe and on the entire planet for a long time. As early as the 19th century, the CIA worked with European elite groups to set up large manipulation schemes into arts, literature, sciences, and even medicine.
Freud and Jung were members of cabals, and worked with European elites. Their entire production and studies consist of elaborate studies and dialectics to understand the human mind, to better manipulate the general population using politics, media, propaganda and eventually Hollywood.
For example, 19th and 20th century psychologists and sociologists correctly identified fear as the best emotional lever to drive propaganda and manipulate the masses. Fear of immigrants, fear of war, fear of perceived imminent danger or death, etc.
Jungian symbolic representation of reality can be viewed as the early versions of modern AI-driven cognitive sciences: describing the human mind conscious and unconscious associative and classification mechanisms, its beliefs, emotions, and more.
Jung also describes well how the human brain interprets its environments according to archetypes, and the famous theory of the “global unconscious” is a map to study the human’s brain shared interpretations of events, based on traditions and shared evolution.
Symbolism is a key concept studied by psychoanalysts since the 19th century to understand how the psyche associates visual images and logos to concepts, emotions or memories. The same applies to languages. Those were the premises of modern computer vision algorithms and large language models.
Similarly, Freud's dialectic around the unconscious and sexuality was crafted to better understand people’s desires and wills with simple applicable concepts and images. Based on those skills and research results, intelligence agencies were able to build playbooks and scripts to anchor fake beliefs, push to libertinism, isolation and detach common individuals from family and community values. These are strong levers to apply propaganda, marketing strategies and push political agendas playing on shared people’s pains and fears.
More than just levers, these playbooks were used to atomize families, detach western and then the global population from tradition and family values which are very strong pillars for common individuals, shielding them from dark elite circle schemes.
In modern days, intelligence units craft media scripts thanks to AI, their network of corrupted cabalist individuals across the globe and technocratic intelligence handlers.
These scripts are also used to produce Hollywood movies, songs and media content psychologically formatting populations, feeding intelligence units’ agendas and generating profit.
From its inception, Hollywood was designed by intelligence agencies to produce content giving a false sense of “main character syndrome” to viewers by unconsciously exploiting the brain’s mirror neurons response to immersive cognitive situations. Raw cognition taking place in the brain’s cerebral cortex doesn’t clearly distinguish fake from real situations. Camera views, scripts, characters and scenarios exploit those mechanisms.
More than just scripts, the plays are designed to anchor schemes in the psyche of the general population. From song lyrics, rhythms, to movie images, colors and actors: everything is designed to format, control and reuse those scripts on anyone by triggering the pattern recognition capability of their brain in tandem with their memory.
Most very high elites are aware of the schemes mentioned above, members of cabals, and are actively engaged in it. Almost all of them engage in money laundering and banking fraud worldwide.

Medicine and pharmacology are filled with partially falsified studies, either directly as consequences from module photonic-particle-induced side effects for the duration of the studies and observations, or manipulated results to fit module operations' expected side effects.

What the textbooks hide, and where the technology is heading.
Although scripts are strongly enforced, targets can deviate from their scripts. Such individuals are led to crimes, diseases and eventually death most of the time. Innate traits like creativity and transgression are essential drivers of innovation, economic output and reproduction. They form a complex balance in individuals, thus they cannot be entirely suppressed from the population, but they can be directed towards productive outputs or redirected towards fake ideas or useless concepts, if the target is too transgressive. Scripts are defined mostly by weighted, probabilistic Bayesian decision trees made from the target’s choices and even live thoughts, if a Digital Twin is deployed for the target. The Bitcoin and its protocols have been created by a mix of intelligence-related cryptographers and regular computer scientists, and eventually pushed by intelligence units. Despite mining being very inefficient, the encryption algorithms are opaque to 99.99%+ of the population, which makes cryptocurrencies both a reliable currency exchange platform for opaque fund transfers, and a perfect wealth acquisition strategy for the consortium of intelligence-affiliated cabalists holding cryptocurrencies, keeping their assets safe and manipulating the markets for profit.

Society has kept its ancestral power hierarchies and vertical structures. On top of “natural” societal power structures, elites impose advanced global intelligence psychological playbooks and hard-code rules from module psychological operations. Worldwide, society is split into castes with rising wealth Gini coefficients, the higher classes exerting power and contempt towards lower social status classes.
Even before module operations, intelligence agencies existed solely for the purpose of maintaining the status quo and exerting power over the general population at the service of the elite class.

Indeed, before the rise of ASI, elites had to entertain an active and broad enough upper-middle class to drive scientific breakthrough, business and to run the economy. On the top of doing active research in the most complex scientific fields like biogenetics and quantum computing, ASI and the best models owned by technocratic intelligence units are given very precise problems to solve: how to optimize society in terms of regulations, economy and trades as well as module operations, to optimize and catalyze human progress and scientific breakthrough to fight aging, disease and eventually death for the superclass?
